Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has developed a series of small red slightly itchy bumps on the back of his calf after visiting a nuerosurgeons office and having x rays and electrical tests done for his back. The rash showed up early this afternoon and he stated it was itchy. now he says it s not itching him but the bumps are still there hope you can help.
Most likely small red itchy bumps are due to contact with some allergen. Low-sedating anti-histamine such as cetirizine or levocetirizine generally are used first in an allergic reaction. If possible, you can upload a close-up of the skin lesions.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
